Life has been practically much the same for the past weeks – Work, School, Eat, Shit & Sleep. Busy work schedules + Irregular eating hours + no time to hit the gym = FAT which has invaded my life and body once again. Bleah~ I almost couldn’t believe my eyes (although I am quite mentally prepared for the worst) when I stepped onto the weighing scale. The needle moved pretty fast to the right before realistically stopped at a number. 65kg!!! My goodness! I actually put on a hefty 8kg within like 6-8 months! I am not embarrassed to reveal my actual weight here because it’s a real hard fact that I must face now.
I must do something about it and I know very well it takes a great deal of hard work too. Thinking back to that time when I was at my fattest, weighing about 75kg in 2003. I worked very hard to shed off the excess weight and I was 56kg at my slimmest. I seriously don’t want to waste all my past efforts by putting back all the weight I have lost. I still remember I went for my navel piercing to celebrate the success of my weight loss in September 2004. Having been with me for nearly 4 years, I have decided to remove the navel stub because it’s so NOT sexy with a fat tummy now

Gradually, I started to lose weight.

After looking through the whole lot of photos I have taken since 2004, I am pretty sure by seeing the following photos everyday will definitely motivate me even more to shed the excess weight off my fat body. I must gambatte!!!
PS: Exams are coming next week and will be mugging very hard for the next 2 weeks. I will try not to stock up any tidbits during this period because that’s what I always do every time before I start my revision for my exams :p Tomorrow, 1 August, will be the best day to start my slimming plan. I am going to start by going for a 3-day detox. Drink more water and eat more veggies and fruits. For those who also wanna jian fei can join me too
